1. Which areas do you cover?
We cover Greater London and the Home Counties but we are willing to travel further.

2. When can you come?
We work seven days a week 8am till 8pm.

3. How soon can you come?
We usually need 24 hours notice time but if you need something done urgently just contact us and we will advice you accordingly

4. Is your work guaranteed?
Although you are already covered by manufacturers guarantee, we also offer a guarantee of our workmanship for 6 months.

5. Can you design an IKEA PAX wardrobe?
We specialise in the assembly and installation of IKEA furniture, if you need a PAX wardrobe designed or built simply arrange a consultation, we will offer you ideas and solutions and whatever is needed to help you get your wardrobe as you want it.

6. Do you only assemble IKEA furniture?
Although we specialise in IKEA furniture, we also build Argos, John Lewis, Debenhams, B&Q, Wickes, Homebase, Tesco Direct, Habitat, Morrisons, Dreams and most other furniture companies.

7. What if there are bits missing?
We carry limited spares and will do everything we can to overcome this situation, however, some omissions may prevent completion of the job. In such circumstances we will make every effort to complete the job once the missing part has been received. If for some reason the job can not be completed, payment will be required for the work so far completed.

8. What if the furniture is damaged?
We will inspect the parts before and during assembly. A decision can then be made as to how to proceed, although it is not our responsibility if the furniture is delivered damaged.

9. Will you modify furniture to fit my room?
Any modification to furniture will invalidate manufacturers guarantee. We do not advise any alteration at all.

10. Can you fix furniture to the wall?
We can only fix units to the wall with the consent of the home owner. We can not accept any responsibility for damage which may be caused.

11. Can you fit shelves or blinds?
Yes we can. These are a part of the services which we offer.

12. What happens to the rubbish?
The disposal of packaging is the responsibility of the client.

13. Can you fit kitchens?
We do fit kitchens. Please contact us for a free consultation.

14. What about parking?
The client is responsible for the congestion charge and parking costs.
